Ear Play
Nina C Young’s time as composer-in-residence with The Riot Ensemble culminates in this – the world premiere of her viola concerto EarPlay with soloist Stephen Upshaw. The concert will also include the world premiere of composer/clarinettist Scott Lygate’s Chamber Symphony, the UK premiere of Augusta Read Thomas’ Capricious Angels, and our second performance of Helga Arias Parra’s Incipit (commissioned and premiered by us in 2015).
