Illuminate: Spotlight on Women Composers – Prism Trio
Late Music’s September concert is presented in partnership with Illuminate, a touring concert series established by composer Angela Slater to provide a platform for women composers, both historical and living, performed by female musicians. For this concert the Boston-based Prism Trio will perform work by Nicola Lefanu, Judith Weir, Sarah Westwood, Blair Boyd, Angela Elizabeth Slater and Laura Shipsey, alongside works by historical women composers.
