Longfield Hall Improvisation Project 2023
Lo-fi is an improvised music workshop which is open to anyone interested in exploring sound and making music in a group context. Musicians of any standard are welcome along with those with no formal musical training or experience. The sessions are run by Stuart Wilding and Pete Robson and draw on sonic exercises from the late John Stevens book Search and Reflect and the work of Pauline Oliveros. Both focus on the importance of listening, group equality and dynamic sensitivities.
