RNCM Session Orchestra

Our Session Orchestra is a brilliant microcosm of what goes on here at the RNCM. It features the talents of students from all Schools of Study and is a hotbed of creativity. These gigs are high octane and genre-hopping – you can hear fantastic arrangements that utilise a large number of musicians and singers so it gives songs that were originally written and arranged for say a 4-5 piece band a whole new lease of life. That’s why these shows are always so popular, with a large and loyal following who love the energy on stage.
