Sound Meditation With Himalaya Singing Bowls
This inspirational and informative workshop will be an experiential journey through the amazing sounds of Himalaya Singing Bowls, their history and use in meditation/relaxation, deep listening and therapeutic practices. Himalaya Singing Bowls awaken a beautiful and powerful mystery within us all. Their rich sonic vibrations alter space, mind, and time. They are used for deep relaxation, meditation, sound massage and for following the Yoga of Sound.
