The Braid Ensemble makes its first appearance at the Off the Cuff Bar in Herne Hill, with support act: solo guitarist Gerard Cousins.

The group focuses on the music of David Braid – a powerfully original contemporary composer, whose work occupies that rare space of intelligent new music with mass appeal.

Rising opera star Emily Gray fronts the group alongside clarinettist Anthony Bailey, guitarist Gerard Cousins & pianist Rossitza Stoycheva.
