Where Words Meet Music

Where Words Meet Music is a 6 week creative course. Through workshops and structured writing activities we will look at what poems and lyrics can learn from each other, and think about how these two worlds can work together.

The programme is curated and constructed by composer and singer Ben See. It will also include 4 guest tutors who will each offer their unique expertise and insight.

Conclusion & informal sharing.

This course is open to all, whether you’re a poet looking to explore lyricism, a songwriter keen to extend the range of your lyrics, or a composer interested in setting text. This is an opportunity to explore new ground and play with different approaches in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.
