Words from Abroad

To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Romanian-born poet Paul Celan, Birmingham Contemporary Music Group presents the winning pieces of the international composition competition in partnership with Ensemble o/modernt. The concert programme also includes musical renditions of poems by Tagore and James Fenton, as well as the world live premiere of BCMG’s latest commission as part of the Soliloquies & Dialogues series, Couplet.
